Marc Vandeneijnde
Mark is the co-founder of Being at Full Potential and co-creator of the Human Potential Assessment tool. Prior to setting up Being at Full potential, Mark led the consumer insights work for many of the top brands at Procter & Gamble Geneva. Mark also holds an MBA from the Vlerick School of Management, a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia, Canada and is an ICF Certified Coach.

Ryan Farelly  
Ryan is a physical coach and trainer. After completing his University Degree at Brock University in Marketing and Entrepreneurship, Ryan decided to pursue a career for his passion in the health and fitness space. He has achieved the title of Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, CPTN in 2006.

Melanie Alexander
Melanie performed her pirouettes and jumps to music by "Beverly Hills Cop", "Star Wars" and “HAIR”. At the age of 21 moved to Paris to train as a professional stage dancer. In this multicultural metropolis she developed her Melanie-being. Dancing is the medium that allows her to be in the NOW.

Jorge Cendales
Jorge Cendales has over 35 years experience in international management and consulting. He has a Master in cognitive neuroscience and is a lecturer for integrated solution oriented psychology. 

Johan Niklasson (Moderator)
Johan is a Business Developer and teacher of Essentiality. He assists companies and people to find what is essential. He published the Nexus New Times magazine in Sweden and was part of the founding team at Schloss Glarisegg seminar centre in Switzerland.
